A Thanksgiving message from your Rector

ear Parish family:

It may be a smaller gathering this Thanksgiving given the precautionary restrictions in place.  But perhaps our circumstances will point us to the abundant fellowship available now and awaiting us in the heavenly places. Jesus Christ is the first fruit of abundant living who commands us “Abide in me”, as if to say, live into my way of living, my life is your life.
As we bow our heads for all we have been given, take a pause for a moment and be reminded of the extraordinary things that are yet to come in our new life with Christ!  May our National Holiday be filled with love, peace, and joy for each of you and all of your families.

Most merciful Father, we humbly thank you for all your gifts so freely bestowed upon us: for life and health and safety, for strength to work and leisure to rest, for all that is beautiful in creation and in human life; but above all we thank you for our spiritual mercies in Christ Jesus our Lord; who with you and the Holy Spirit lives and reigns, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
