Nurse-Family Partnership Service project by the DOK at St. Matthews.
St. Matthew’s chapter of the Daughters of the King will be partnering with the DOK chapters of All Saints and St. John’s to support the Nurse-Family Partnership by collecting donations of some much-needed supplies.
The DOK would love to extend this opportunity to donate to everyone interested.
Their biggest need is diapers size newborn - 5 (mostly size 1-5 because they don't use the newborn size for long).
Wipes and other baby care items are always happily received. Small baby books are accepted also.
NFP’s mission is to empower first-time mothers living in poverty to successfully change their lives and the lives of their children through evidence-based nurse home visiting. Through ongoing home visits low-income, first-time mothers receive care and support to have healthy pregnancies, provide competent care for their children, and become economically self-sufficient.
